The Accounts and Office Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate and up to date financial records. This role will also be responsible for managing other business administrative tasks to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a new key role in an exciting part of the business, where your work will help to achieve the overall business results and drive our continued growth.


  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Control
    • Supplier invoice entry in Ostendo / Xero
    • Setup EOM 30 Day Accounts
    • Processing of EFT/Credit Card Payments as required to Suppliers
  • Data entry: recording of all financial transactions, bank reconciliation processes and Ostendo to Xero reconciliation.
  • Internal finance weekly & monthly reporting
  • Manage and maintain all company systems and programs
  • Finalise & close off EOM, EOQ & EOY
  • Assisting Fleet Control
  • Setup and email out all Vehicle Hire invoices
  • Liaising with external accountants for all compliance requirements



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Friendly, customer focused attitude
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent with a high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and show initiative
  • Quick learner with ability to think on your feet
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways of doing things
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Ostendo, Xero and Microsoft product experience desired, but not essential



  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping – desirable
  • A qualification in a business-related field – desirable
