• Prepare and deliver competitive quotes, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer requirements.
• Proactively follow up on open quotes, guiding potential customers towards a positive decision.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions in HubSpot and Ostendo.
• Engage with customers after job completion to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction.
• Streamline the sales process by setting up and maintaining customer pricing files.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and promotional trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Actively participate in daily huddle meetings and engage in monthly one-on-one meetings to foster personal growth and development.
