Workshop Manager
The Manager role is accountable for the coordination of the workshop team and the workshop processes, through monitoring and analysing the daily operations. Ensuring operations run efficiently adhering to all safety and quality standards.

- Love using the phone to keep clients updated
- Self starter, and able to initiate and implement improvements to processes
Requirements for this Role
- Daily coordinator of workshop jobs and team (including daily toolbox meeting)
- Monitoring operations to ensure customer expectations satisfied
- Management of the booking/scheduling of workshop team’s daily tasks
- Ensuring a safe efficient manner according to customer delivery and pickup schedules
- Ensuring all jobs are processed and finalised including job sheets and parts
- Maintain vehicle in and out process
- Install Job Quality Assurance
- Sourcing and purchasing parts
- Maintaining and improving processes and systems
- Processing job orders, purchasing and scheduling.
- Supply management
- Workshop Logistics, including warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
- Warehouse parts management and Inventory Management day-to-day
- Role will require the physical assistance and support to the workshop technicians (as required with install, fitting and service)
- Also includes (as required sales assistance, product R&D, CAD Work Design, 3D printing & laser engraving)
- Constant liaising with customers for job updates
- Assist customer service with hire vehicle assessments and handovers
- Vehicle fleet maintenance
